Preventive Roof Inspection and Maintenance or our “PRIM” program is another area in which we specialize. Annually we inspect over 1000 roof levels in the Fox Valley and surrounding areas. Our carefully trained technicians inspect and repair to prevent problems and prolong the life of your roof. We have been inspecting roofs since the mid 1970’s.
Proactive maintenance, typically includes twice yearly inspections, documentation of roof conditions and the maintenance / repair work itself. Inspections include visual examination of the roofing system, flashings, and related components. Preventive roof maintenance (a proactive approach) has been proven to decrease life-cycle roof costs, compared to reactive roof maintenance.
